Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a two-vehicle accident Monday afternoon around 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of State Route 49 and Children’s Home Bradford Road, according to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.

A gray 2018 Hyundai Kona, driven be Michelle Mangen, 29, was traveling west on Children’s Home Bradford Road when her vehicle entered the path of a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Andres Wlloa-Conteras, 21, who was traveling south on State Route 49.
Both drivers, from Union City, Indiana, were transported to Wayne Healthcare and Mangen was cited for a stop sign violation.

Darke County deputies, Greenville Township Rescue and Fire Department all responded to the scene.
