MIDDLETOWN — The Ohio State Highway Patrol announced Friday morning that an OVI checkpoint will be held tonight in Butler County.
The checkpoint will be held at 6 p.m. on the southbound lanes of N. Verity Pkwy. (SR 73) at the Miami River County Park parking lot, according to a release from OSHP.

The Butler Co. OVI Task Force is funded by U.S. DOT/NHTSA and ODPS.
There will also be nearby saturation patrols in an effort to combat alcohol-related injury and fatal crashes, OSHP said.
