The Montgomery County Agricultural Society Board unanimously voted Monday evening to begin planning for a traditional fair July 2021.
The board stated in a release that they are committed to offering a safe environment by following Gov. DeWine’s guidelines that are in place in July.
“There is no doubt that 2021 was hard on us all, both financially and emotionally, but we are ready to get back in the saddle and bring our fairgrounds back to life.” said Lori Page, Executive Director.
Many attendees are also looking forward to participating in the fair.
“Being able to see our fair re-open again is a beacon of hope and gratitude towards all that we’ve done so far as community. I’m excited to see everyone’s smiling (masked) faces the Fair this year!” said Mackenzie Hoog, 2021 Ohio Fair’s Queen & 2021 Montgomery County Fair Queen.
The Montgomery County Fair will take place Sunday July 11th through Saturday July 17th.
