Organizers have made some adjustments to account for health department guidelines, including requiring masks and reducing capacity to 25 percent. There also will be no indoor dining, but an outdoor food truck will be available for hot chocolate and snacks.

The mill will be illuminated by more than four million lights for the holiday season nightly through Dec. 30.
