KETTERING — A crash blocked parts of a road in Kettering on Monday night.

As reported on News Center 7 at 11:00, the crash happened in the 2000 block of E Whipp Road around 9 p.m., a Kettering police officer on scene confirmed.

The car caught on fire after crashing, and firefighters were on scene working to extinguish the flames.
At the time of the crash, nearly a dozen police cruisers were blocking the area.
News Center 7’s Taylor Robertson watched medics load someone into the back of an ambulance and then drive away.
Officers on scene couldn’t share information on the extent of any injuries or the potential cause of the crash.
