Kucharski was indicted by a Miami County Grand Jury on six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, one count of corrupting another with drugs and three counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Prosecutors said the allegations involved five girls.
A Troy police report said two underage girls told investigators about the alleged conduct by Kucharski in January.
He was accused of sexual conduct along with providing marijuana to one of the juveniles. Police said he allegedly sent photographs of his genitals to juveniles.
He pleaded guilty to the 10 charges in May in Miami County Common Pleas Court.
Judge Jeannine Pratt said Kucharski “targeted and manipulated” the girls with drugs and pornography.
The mother of one of the girls told Pratt her daughter had nightmares about Kucharski.
"I am sick to my stomach about he has done," she said. "I hope he will realize what he has done to these girls and gets the help he needs."
Public Defender Steve Layman said Kucharski was seeking help for issues, but the offenses already had occurred.
“I am deeply sorry for what I have done,” Kucharski said.
He was designated a Tier II sex offender, which will require him to register his address with law enforcement for 25 years after prison release.
