He tells News Center 7′s Candace Price it all started when he found himself in a bit of a rut during the pandemic.

Daniels himself was a server and remembers the days of making below minimum wage and relying on tips.

After losing his father to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in March, Daniels was inspired to do his biggest giveaway ever of over $800.

His server had also lost her father and was trying to raise money for a tombstone.

Daniels said that he will continue the weekly giveaways on his Tik Tok into the new year and as long as people continue to be interested.
