WARREN COUNTY — Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) and water assistance are available for low-income households in Warren County.
The Winter Crisis Program has been set up to assist low-income households to stay warm this winter.
The program focuses on residents who need to establish new services, need to pay to transfer service, have 25% (or less) of bulk fuel supply remaining, or have a household member who was diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 12-months to help stay warm this winter.
The program will be open until March 31, 2022.

The Low-Income Water Assistance Program is also available for income-eligible residents in Warren County.
This program helps eligible Ohioans pay water and wastewater bill with a disconnect, new service, or shut-off notice. The program runs from December 1, 2021, until September 30, 2022.
