CLINTON COUNTY — One man is dead after a motorcycle crash on State Route 380 in Clinton County Tuesday afternoon.
Emergancy crews were called to the scene of a crash at Inwood Road on State Route 380 around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Anthony R. Stevens, 56, of Wilmington was driving a Ford Explorer southbound on Route 380 when he hit motorcyclist Terry M. Scott, 55, from Dayton.

A third vehicle was stopped in the road and was yielding to northbound traffic before turning left onto Inwood Road.
Stevens drove left of the center to avoid striking the stopped car but by doing so he hit Scott head-on.
Scott was pronounced dead at the scene by Chester Township EMS and Clinton County Coroner’s Office.

He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Stevens was not injured from the crash.
Police say alcohol and/or drugs may have been a factor in this crash.
The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
