Woman arrested for stabbing outside convenience store ID’d

UPDATE @ 3:25 p.m. (Nov. 15):

A Dayton police report identifies the woman arrested following a stabbing outside the Super Duper convenient store as Clarissa Walker, 33.

Walker is charged with felonious assault and has a public defender appointed to her, according to court records.

She’s scheduled back in court on Nov. 22 for a preliminary hearing.

INITIAL REPORT:

A woman is in custody after police said she stabbed a man in the neck with a pocket knife during an argument outside the Super Duper convenient store, 3108 N. Main St.

His injury is said to be non-life threatening, Dayton police said. He has been taken to Grandview Medical Center.

She will be taken to the Montgomery County Jail and detained pending the filing of a felonious assault charge, police said.

The incident occurred about 4:45 p.m. Police and a medic unit were dispatched about 4:50 p.m.
