CEDARVILLE TWP., Greene County — UPDATE:

State Route 72 has reopened after both directions were shut down to to a crash involving an overturned semitrailer Tuesday morning.

INITIAL REPORT:

Both directions of state Route 72 are shut down south of Cedarville in Greene County following a crash involving an overturned semitrailer Tuesday morning.

The crash was reported around 9 a.m. on state Route 72 between Federal and Turnbull roads, state troopers said.

The driver was not injured in the crash, however the cleanup of the crash required state troopers to shut the roadway down.

An estimated time of reopening the road was not available. Dispatchers said a tow truck had arrived on scene.
