The UD Flyers men’s basketball team wasn’t the only group struggling Saturday afternoon at UD Arena.
The Flyers cheerleaders misspelled the team name during a timeout, instead spelling the university’s nickname “F-A-Y-E-R-S”.
The 15th ranked Flyers ended up losing the game to St. Bonaventure by a final of 79-72.
