UPDATE (March 15)
Centerville City Council expressed concerns over a plan proposed for luxury apartments during a meeting Monday night.
Council members said they were concered about parking and density in the proposed 300 unit complex at the Cornerstone of Centerville.
The Fortis Group said they will present another plan in May.
EARLIER REPORT (Feb. 24)
A developer has presented preliminary plans for a luxury apartment complex at the Cornerstone of Centerville.
The preliminary plans call for 298 units to be built on Brown Road. The units would be a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, with covered parking.
The Fortis Group is proposing the project which was presented to the Centerville Planning Commission on Tuesday night.
The plan still needs to be reviewed and approved by City Council.
