GREEN TOWNSHIP — CareFlight was called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on State Route 72 in Green Township Sunday evening.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol crews were called to the crash on SR-72 near Old Clifton Road at 9:39 p.m. Sunday.
Investigations found that John Stevens, 60, from Springfield was traveling in his truck northbound on SR-72 when he veered into oncoming traffic.
Stevens struck another truck head-on.

Dawson Kehr, 21, from Troy, and Colton Dehaven,18, from Cedarville, overturned in their truck and slid off the road. The truck came to rest after striking a tree and a utility pole.
Dehaven was transported to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight with serious injuries.
Stevens suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Springfield Regional Medical center.
Kehr suffered minor injuries and was transported to Soin Medical center.

Everyone was wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
