A car that slammed into the side of an apartment building Tuesday evening sent the driver to Kettering Medical Center, police said.
What caused the accident in the 1000 block of West Dorothy Lane, near Mirimar Street, at about 6:45 p.m. remains under investigation.
The man driving was believed to be 27, according to police. His condition was not available.
John Eichelberger, who lives in the building that was hit, said he was upstairs watching a movie when he heard the crash.
"He seemed a little out of it," Eichelberger said of the driver, "but it could have been from the accident."
