According to records, Kent Peters was driving a black Toyota Camry when he was accused of hitting a car at the intersection of Patterson Boulevard and Schantz Avenue around 2:45 p.m. Police said he left the scene and then caused a second crash in the driveway of The Oaks of West Kettering on West Dorothy Lane, according to a crash report.
