The intersection of E. Dixie Drive and Manchester Road is closed near the I-75 exit in West Carrollton, according to Sgt. Perry.

Wind damaged the traffic lights. Repairs will not be made until later this morning.
Sgt. Perry told News Center 7 that police have blocked off E. Dixie Drive and Manchester Road.
