DAYTON — The Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, 6200 DeWeese Parkway, is getting ready to kick off a special event designed for children with special sensory needs and/or on the autism spectrum.
They will be having “Sensory Sunday” on July 21 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The museum will adjust lighting and sound, have trained volunteers and additional staff, and offer programs for families and those children.
