AUGLAIZE COUNTY — Today the Auglaize County Board of Developmental Disabilities will be celebrating their 70th anniversary with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The board is welcoming anyone with family, personal, or professional ties to them, Auglaize School or Auglaize Industries, to sit down for a recorded interview during the open house on Friday at 3:00 p.m., according to the board’s Facebook page.

The interview will be for their “living history” project in partnership with the Auglaize County Historical Society.
Officials will be kicking off events with the ribbon cutting ceremony at 2:30 p.m. with Southwestern Auglaize Chamber Director Sara Topp welcoming participants.
