BUTLER TWP. — UPDATE @ 6 p.m.

Police are investigating a breaking and entering case at Asian Buffet this morning, according to Butler Twp. Detective Kevin Sink.

Sink said police responded to the Miller Lane business around 3:30 a.m. and said a man from Indiana is in custody.

The incident remains under investigation, according to Sink, and the case will be presented to a prosecutor.

Although police did not identify the suspect, 55-year-old Wenqing Li was arrested at 6999 Miller Lane by Butler Twp. police and was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of breaking and entering, online jail records show.

Butler Twp. police have arrested a suspect who they believe may have broken into a business on Miller Lane Saturday morning.

Police were dispatched to Asian Buffet in the 6900 block of Miller Lane around 12:33 a.m. on a report of an attempted robbery.

A sergeant at the scene tells our crew a person busted a window of the business but said nothing appeared to be stolen.

Our crew at the scene reports police located and arrested a man crawling under parked semi-trailer’s in a neighboring parking lot.
