FAIRBORN — Jeff Schmitt Auto Group announced they are purchasing Valentine Buick GMC.
Located at 1105 N. Central Ave. in Fairborn, this will be the ninth location for Jeff Schmitt Auto Group. The acquisition will add two new brands to the family-owned auto group’s portfolio, according to a news release.
They will assume operational control of the store Monday, Sept. 27.
“We couldn’t be more excited for this announcement today. The addition of this location, along with the Buick and GMC lineups, will allow us even more opportunities to serve our community. We proudly welcomed their employees into our family today, which now has grown to over 500,” said Jay Schmitt, President of Jeff Schmitt Auto Group.
The Jeff Schmitt Auto Group is the largest retailer of vehicles in the Dayton area and has been in business since 1999.
