BUTLER COUNTY — A man has been charged with possession of child pornography in Butler County.

Alexander Perry, 39 of Hamilton, is facing three felony counts of Illegal use of a Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.
It stems from an investigation involving a cyber-tip provided by Internet Crimes Against Children.
“Don’t come into my county and download child pornography, we will arrest you,” said Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones.
Perry is in custody at the Butler County Jail.
No court date has been scheduled at this time.
