BUTLER COUNTY — A state trooper cited a 19-year-old male for driving 111 m.p.h. in Butler County earlier this month.

Ohio State Highway Patrol troops cited Elijah Sloneker, 19, for driving 111 m.p.h. in a 50 m.p.h. zone on the State Route Four bypass near Symmes Road in Hamilton, according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol spokesperson.
The incident happened on May 18 at around 9:23 a.m.
The driver said he was late for work.
Sloneker is scheduled to appear in Hamilton Municipal Court Thursday morning.
