Surveillance video just in to our news room shows a robbery on Tuesday, July 7 at the Papa John’s store at 3706 Germantown St.
About 9:30 p.m., the suspect is observed walking in and asking to buy a beverage. As the cashier rings up the drink, the susect pulls a gun, holds it on the counter and demands money. He is given cash and takes off on foot towards Nicholas Rd.
No one was injured and no shots were fired.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’6”, slim build, who was wearing a burgundy hoodie, burgundy sweats and a burgundy Cleveland Cavs baseball cap with a sticker on the bill.
