Two men are facing assault charges for a fight outside of Adobe Gila's bar at The Greene early Sunday morning.
One of them had previously been banned from the outdoor mall's property.
Michael Semon, 23, of Beavercreek, was issued a summons to appear in Fairborn Municipal Court on a charge of disorderly conduct. Travis Kimbrell, 28, of Huber Heights, must appear on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing
A Beavercreek Police officer patrolling The Greene at about 1 a.m. Sunday spotted a group of men outside of Adobe Gila's and could see Kimbrell and Semon physically fighting with one another, according to a police report.
The men were separated and both claimed the other was the aggressor. The officer noted that both smelled strongly of alcohol.
After issuing both men their summons for disorderly conduct, police learned that Kimbrell had previously been trespassed from The Greene by security officers and is not allowed on the property.
