The case against Devante Hutchins of Dayton has been presented to a Greene County grand jury, online court records show.
Hutchins, 24, has been held in the Fairborn Jail since his May 6 arrest on suspicion of aggravated robbery, possession of drugs and two counts of conveyance of weapons, all felony charges. His bond is $50,000.

Police arrived within 20 to 30 seconds of a robbery reported tonight at a CVS Pharmacy and took the suspect into custody as he tried to flee the Beavercreek store.
The robbery was reported shortly before 10 p.m. at the store, 1331 N. Fairfield Road.
“Officers responded to the area and we were able to take one black male into custody,” Beavercreek police Sgt. Nick Amato said. “He did drop a not that said it was an armed robbery.”
Police were able to quickly arrive, and had the front and rear doors covered. They were able to apprehend the suspect as he left out the front door, the sergeant said.
Police recovered at least one bag full of prescription drugs. It was not known whether the suspect had a getaway car nearby, nor whether he is connected to any other robberies.
The suspect faces an aggravated robbery charge, but Amato said it will be up to the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office to confirm any charges.
The incident remains under investigation, Amato said.

A man was arrested tonight outside a CVS Pharmacy following a report of a robbery at the business in Beavercreek.
The robbery was reported shortly before 10 p.m. at the store, 1331 N. Fairfield Road.
A suspect was nabbed by police as he came out of the door, according to an iWitness7 reporter. The man reportedly took prescription medications and had them in brown paper bags.
