UPDATE @2:45 p.m., 11/13/14: Jordan Simmons, who is not in custody, was indicted today on charges of aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
Simmons is scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 4.
Charges against Justin Simmons have been released.
UPDATE @ 9 a.m., 9/18/14: Huber Heights police said one of the aggravated robbery suspects, Justin Simmons, was arrested on Thursday night. Police said Justin's brother, Jordan, has not been found yet and should be considered armed and dangerous.
FIRST REPORT-
Huber Heights police were searching for two aggravated robbery suspects in Dayton on Thursday.
Officers got a search warrant for the home address of Justin and Jordan Simmons, 19-year-old twins. Police said the twins were involved in a home invasion on Appleseed Place in Huber Heights last month.
When officers got to a home in the 4200 block of Sylvan Drive in Dayton the twins were not at the residence.
Police are asking anyone who may know the whereabouts of Justin or Jordan Simmons to give them a call.
