The arrest of a temporary City of Dayton employee early Monday on an OVI charge was recorded on cruiser cam.
The footage shows Angela Douds, 46, yelling at police as she sits in the back of a cruiser.
She was pulled over at 2:24 a.m. on July 7 at James H. McGee Boulevard and Gettysburg Avenue.
Douds is a temporary worker with the city's park and recreation department.
