The Ohio Emergency PPE Makers’ Exchange aims to connect organizations in the state in need of the equipment with Ohio manufacturers who are able to produce PPE for workers. Organizations that are in need of PPE can access and search the exchange by going to repurposingproject.sharetribe.com.

So far over 2,000 manufacturers have signed up for the exchange and others who believe they can produce PPE can apply to be part of the exchange through the state. The survey for potential qualifying manufacturers can be found here.

“I applaud the Ohio Manufacturing Alliance for their innovation with helping our healthcare workers and first responders across Ohio access PPE,” State Rep. George Lang of West Chester said in a media release. “I encourage the organizations in my district to utilize this online marketplace as we navigate through this public health crisis.”
