DAYTON — Children's Hunger Alliance will be holding a free grab-and-go meal service starting May 18 outside three Dayton Metro Library branches while the libraries remain closed.

The statewide nonprofit will distribute meals Monday through Friday to children 18 and younger at the following library branch locations:
- Main Branch, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Burkhardt Branch, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
- Trotwood Library, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Children’s Hunger Alliance has been distributing meals to approximately 120 meal sites across Ohio since the mandated school closure to help meet the needs of children impacted by the pandemic.
