Kettering — The Grammy Award-winning singer from Detroit treated several emergency room staff to lunch, voicing her appreciation for their work on the front lines as they fight the coronavirus, including Dayton’s own Grandview Medical Center.

Lizzo also sent food to Sugarcreek Health Network, according to a video message sent to workers at Sugarcreek Health Center.
Lizzo said her team worked to keep the food delivery safe, the Detroit Free Press reported. She added she and her team members would be staying indoors and praying for staff members, the newspaper reported.
