Tropical Storm Jerry is the 10th named storm of the 2019 Atlantic Hurricane season.

Jerry is 960 miles east of the Leeward Islands, where the northeastern Caribbean Sea meet the western Atlantic Ocean, and is expected to strengthen to a hurricane by the end of the week as it moves near the islands.

Wednesday morning, Hurricane Humberto strengthened to a Category 3 hurricane, which on Wednesday and Thursday will affect Bermuda, bringing hurricane force winds, heavy rain and rough surf.

Texas, meanwhile, is seeing heavy rain from Tropical Depression Imelda.
