WEST CARROLLTON — One person is dead after a rollover crash on southbound I-75 in West Carrollton Wednesday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened round 1:10 p.m. on southbound I-75 between East Dixie Drive and state Route 725, state troopers said in a media release.
Joseph Dawson, 25, of Norwood, Ohio was identified as the victim killed in the crash, according to state troopers.
A preliminary investigation found the Chevrolet Cruze Dawson was driving went off the side of the road and overturned into a wooded area before the car came to a rest on its top.
Dawson was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, state troopers said. Other potential factors in the crash were still under investigation.
