Tecumseh Local Schools opted to announce that class was canceled Friday in a unique and 'colorful' way.
Staff donned 1980’s era outfits and sang a parody of the popular WHAM hit “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go.”
The chorus goes:
“Tecumseh Local Schools are clo-osed, let me sleep while the sky sno-ows, Tecumseh Local Schools are clo-osed, let me sleep while the wind blo-ows.... stay inside and stay warm!”

Though many schools canceled class Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday due to cold and snow, highs are expected to rise to the 50's for next week.
