DAYTON — One person has been taken to the hospital after a shooting in Dayton Wednesday night.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriffs Department, crews responded to a shooting on East Third Street around 10:53 p.m.

Medics transported one to Miami Valley Hospital for their injuries.
As of now, no one has been detained for the shooting, according to the sheriff’s department.
