Hospice of Dayton plans to add a four-story building, creating a new entrance to its campus and expanding and improving its facilities.
On Tuesday, the Dayton Plan Board approved a map amendment to rezone the hospice campus at 324 Wilmington Ave.
The board’s action permits hospice to make physical modifications to its property, which is roughly 20 acres.
