A two year-old missing boy was recovered after a search was organized.
Around 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, emergency crews from the Greene County Sheriff's Office and New Jasper Township responded to the 3700 block of North Lake Shore Drive on the report of a missing two year-old Autistic boy.
Law enforcement immediately set up a parameter and preliminary information stated a door to door search was conducted.
At 3:49 p.m., New Jasper Assistant Fire Chief Greg Gould reported the boy was found on the same road which he disappeared. He was reported wearing a yellow plaid shirt, blue jean pants with no socks or shoes.
Dispatch confirmed there was no need for a medic.
The incident is under investigation.
