Fairborn Police arrested two Wright State students suspected of stealing cash, credit cards and a laptop from Cimarron Woods Apartments on Cimarron Circle near the university earlier this month.
According to a release, Mahmoud Kamel, 23, was found and arrested at his parents' home in Mason last night. Officers said a second suspect, Omotunji Badiru, 23 of Beavercreek, turned himself in to police this morning.
Both men were charged with burglary, a second degree felony, and have already posted bond, according to the release.
Update: Badiru’s case was dismissed by Greene County Common Pleas Judge Michael A. Buckwalter in August 2015.
The suspects were reportedly caught on surveillance video checking for unlocked doors in the complex, 1300 Cimarron Circle, on Dec. 12 around 3:20 a.m.
Officers said they've identified the other two suspects in connection to the burglary but have not filed any charges yet.
