This event is a fundraiser for the ALS Association Central & Southern Ohio Chapter to support people living with ALS, a fatal and progressive neurodegenerative disease in which a person’s brain loses connection with the muscles.
The walk saw some familiar faces such as Paul and Sarah Miracle whose team “ALS Needs a Miracle” raised over $10,000.
The association hopes to raise $115,000 this year.
