A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has ended for Auglaize, Logan and Shelby counties.
Overnight: Strong to severe storms will move south and east through the overnight hours, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said. Radar indicates 3 inches of rain may have fallen, with another inch through the morning possible. High water on road is likely this morning.
Areas south of Interstate 70 may see little to no precipitation. A few lingering showers across the northern Miami Valley may be all that’s left by daybreak.
Friday: It will be warm with some broken clouds and highs around 80 degrees. Isolated thunderstorms may develop late into the afternoon and evening. Localized heavy rain and wind will be the main threats. Activity lifts out of the area overnight.
Saturday: It will be a quieter start to the weekend with sunshine and clouds. It might feel muggy as highs peak in the low 80s, though there will be a breeze. With the heat of the day, a pop-up shower could develop, but most areas will stay dry.
Sunday: There’ll be some dry time early on with increasing clouds for the afternoon. Highs reach in the low 80s with gusty winds. Scattered showers and storms will develop into the evening.
Monday: Dry time returns to start the workweek. Clouds will decrease into the day as temperatures stay warm in the upper 70s.
