Several area schools and businesses have already announced delays or closures for Thursday as dangerous temperatures and wind chills remain in the area.
A Wind Chill Warning remains in effect for most of the region until 1 p.m. Thursday. For Butler, Warren, and Clinton counties the Wind Chill Warning remain in effect only through 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Wind chills reached 40 degrees below zero in spots Wednesday morning and similar conditions are expected Thursday.
