It will take place Saturday, June 17, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at its facility in Washington Township at the 8100 block of Washington Church Road.
“We held a free microchipping event last year and it was a tremendous success,” said Nora Vondrell, CEO and President of SICSA. “This year we are grateful for the support of the Centerville Washington Foundation which provided us with a grant to fund this event.”
Microchips can help lost pets be reunited with their pets, SICSA said.
Trained professionals will implant microchips on a first-come, first-serve basis.
People can register on-site and will be given a number that will hold their place in line.
