Several people were arrested on drug related charges in two separate incidents in Mercer County.
Nathaniel Ayers, 26, of Celina, and Michael Gillis, 27, of Celina were arrested during a traffic stop after deputies said they found both men in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Gillis and Ayers were in a vehicle and appeared to be fighting when deputies were attempting to serve a warrant nearby, the sheriff's office said.
The vehicle, which was driven by Ayers, traveled left of center and that's when deputies pulled the vehicle over.
In a separate incident deputies received information of possible drug activity in Recovery Township.
Detectives responded to the call and located a suspect vehicle, deputies said.
The sheriff's office, with assistance from the Coldwater Police Department, stopped Jordan Bowers, 31, of St. Marys, in the vehicle on Don Desch Drive.
Upon investigation deputies found Bowers to be under the influence of heroin and marijuana, among other drugs.
Bowers was booked into the Mercer County Jail on suspicion of OVI, deputies said.
