Two Huber Heights police officers injured in crash

DAYTON — Two Huber Heights police officers suffered minor injuries after a cruiser was rear-ended in Dayton Thursday.

The crash was reported near the intersection of Brandt Pike and Harshman Road in Dayton around noon.

An officer requested two medics to respond after their cruiser was hit from behind at the intersection, according to emergency scanner traffic. Two officers were inside the cruiser.

Officers on scene did not provide details about the investigation.
