The Dayton Board of Zoning Appeals has approved a use variance to allow the re-occupation of the Ryburn Court apartments in north Dayton.
The apartments have been abandoned for years.
Ryburn Apartments LLC, based in Alexandria, Va., is planning to renovate the 18 apartments.
