MERCER COUNTY — Mercer Health has been recognized in the top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals in the nation for 2023 for the fifth time since 2016.
Mercer Health’s Mercer County Joint Township Community Hospital was recognized as part of the Chartis Center for Rural Health’s annual recognition program.

The program honors outstanding performance among the nation’s rural hospitals based on the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX.
The hospital was recognized in 2016, 2017, 2018, and now in 2022.
