Police: missing Springfield man has been located

Springfield police confirm that Dwayne Baxter has been located.

Police need the public’s help to locate a missing Springfield man.

Dwayne E. Baxter, 55, was reported missing on Monday but was last heard from at the end of April.

According to a family member, Baxter usually checks social media or sends texts daily, but hasn’t done so.

Baxter stands 6 feet, 2 inches and weighs 230 pounds. He is homeless and has some medical issues.
