Columbus Police identified the three women as Sierra Muse, 34, Dawn Clover, 49, and Tiffany Parrish, 36.
Officers found all three with gunshot wounds on Saturday, according to our news partner WBNS in Columbus.
Sgt. James Fuqua said someone reported finding some of their friends inside a resident in medical distress.
When officers arrived, they contained the scene. Medics pronounced all three women dead at the scene, WBNS said.
“This time of year, anytime of the year, it’s unfortunate when someone loses their life, but particularly this time of the year, during the holidays, it’s going to be very difficult for these victim’s families to come to the grips that these family members will no longer be in their lives,” said Fuqua.
The shootings remain under investigation.
