Piqua firefighters battle fire on Mound Street

PIQUA — Piqua firefighters battled a house fire on Mound Street this morning, according to initial emergency dispatch traffic.

Firefighters responded to the 100 block of Mound around 10:30 a.m. and the fire was reportedly extinguished by around 10:50 a.m.

Initial reports indicated smoke and fire coming from the house when fire crews, according to dispatch traffic.

There were no reports of any injuries.
