Isolated showers today; Zeta remnants to bring more rain this week

DETAILED FORECAST:

TODAY: Mostly cloudy skies and below-normal temperatures will remain in the area for another day, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Jesse Maag said.

Passing showers are possible at times with highs only reaching around 50 degrees.

By the evening the chance for rain ends and sets up some dry time with clouds decreasing at night.

WEDNESDAY: The day will start dry with some partly cloudy skies and highs around 60 degrees. Rain returns at night, caused by moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Zeta.

THURSDAY: Widespread rain throughout the day with heavy rain especially in areas south of Dayton.. Highs reach the middle 50s with some breezy conditions. Rain ends at night.

FRIDAY: A chilly morning in the upper 30s. Clear skies with sunshine returning into the afternoon. Highs reach the low 50s which is cooler than normal.

SATURDAY: We’ll have a sunny day to start out the weekend. Highs near normal in the middle 50s. Cool in the evening with temperatures dipping into the 40s during trick or treat.
